In the wake of hurricane Katrina, the founders of Savannah Pines LLC were horribly saddened by the loss of homes and the displacement of families. We immediately began looking for a way to help repair the body and soul of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. 

 

From Day 1 our mission was always to provide families on the Mississippi Gulf Coast with Homes in a community they could be proud of and beautiful homes that we can all afford. We began our journey by creating a community where hundreds of families of white & blue-collar workers could build beautiful homes with a touch of class not previously seen at those prices.  We've grown to build homes all over the South Eastern US ranging from simple homes with exceptional quality at affordable prices, to luxurious estate homes that are the envy of the town.
